Daily Racing Tips – Saturday 21st November
Ballarat - Race 1 12:10pm AEDT
No. 2 The Gauch
The Gauch has recorded three wins from his six race starts to date and he is well-placed to improve that record at Ballarat on Saturday.
He has done nothing wrong this campaign and he was only narrowly denied another race win at Bendigo last start.
This race is no tougher and he maps to get a lovely run in transit from barrier two.
Sunshine Coast - Race 7 5:33pm AEDT
No. 1 Tambo's Mate
Tambo’s Mate is great value to make a winning return to the races in the Swiss Ace.
He has recorded three wins from four starts at the Sunshine Coast and he has an excellent first-up record.
Barrier 14 isn’t ideal and he will need some luck in running, but he is a much better chance than his current odds suggest.
Kembla Grange - Race 7 4:45pm AEDT
No. 4 Rock
Rock is the horse to beat in The Gong.
He produced one of the best performances of his career to win the Cameron Handicap at Newcastle in September and he has gone on to run well at Group 1 level in both the Epsom Handicap and the Kennedy Cantala.
He will settle in the second half of the field from barrier 11 and he will be storming home late.
Ascot - Race 8 7:40pm AEDT
No. 8 Red Can Man
Red Can Man is the value runner in what is a very open edition of the Railway Stakes.
The Gingerbread man gelding has been racing well without winning in races like the Asian Beau Stakes and the Lee Steere Stakes and looks ready to peak in the Group 1 event.
He makes his own luck right on the speed and will give his rivals something to catch.
