Daily Racing Tips – Tuesday 12th January
by Thomas Hackett
Kilmore - Race 3 2:30pm AEDT
No. 8 Hai Sun
Hai Sun showed plenty of promise on debut at Geelong and she should take good improvement from that effort.
She showed a nice turn-of-foot in that contest and she can settle closer from barrier one.
There is no reason why she can’t be in the mix.
Kilmore - Race 4 3:00pm AEDT
No. Dissonance
Dissonance showed promise without finishing in the placings during his maiden racing campaign and he is great value to make a wining return to the races.
He showed good early speed last preparation and he can roll forward from the god barrier draw.
He is well and truly over the odds.
Kilmore - Race 5 3:30pm AEDT
No. 4 Echo Boomer
Echo Boomer has been racing well without inning and this is his chance to return to winning form.
He has generally raced in stronger company than this and this is the weakest race that he has contested in some time.
I am surprised that he isn’t a dominant favourite.
Kilmore - Race 7 4:30pm AEDT
No.7 Impetus
Impetus is a lightly-raced filly that still has plenty of upside.
She has shown plenty of ability in her two race starts to date and the scary thing for her rivals is that she should improve.
I’m surprised that she isn’t an odds-on favourite.
