Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 8th April

Pakenham - Race 5 8:00pm AEST

No. 10 Americain Angel

Americain Angle was able to breakthrough for a maiden race win at Pakenham last start and it would not surprise if she is now able to go on with the job.

The step-up to 1600 metres is ideal for her and she will be storming home in the concluding stages of the race.

I think she is the class horse in this field and is deserving of her status as a clear favourite.

Pakenham - Race 6 8:30pm AEST

No. 9 Linas Magic

Linas Magic is great value at her current odds and this is a very winnable race for her.

She has generally been racing in stronger company than this and she maps to get a lovely run in transit from barrier two with Luke Currie in the saddle.

She will prove tough to run down.

Pakenham - Race 7 9:00pm AEST

No. 11 Way To Go Paula

Way To Go Paula is a lightly-raced filly that still has plenty of upside.

She showed plenty of promise during her maiden racing campaign and she wasn’t disgraced at black-type level in the Twilight Glow Stakes.

I am confident that she is the class filly in this field and she will prove very tough to beat.

Pakenham - Race 8 9:30pm AEST

No. 1 Falls

Falls has improved each time that he has been seen at the races and he has an excellent chance to return to winning form.

He has form around Safe Passage, Ruby Street and Scream Dream and there are no horses of that quality in this field.

This is the perfect race for him and he will have every possible chance to return to winning form.
