Daily Racing Tips – Monday 10th May
Echuca - Race 2 1:30pm AEST
No. 4 Burton Street
Burton Street has raced well without winning during his racing career to date and he finds himself in a winnable contest at Echuca this afternoon.
He had his excuses when he failed to fire at his second race start and he was tough at Wangaratta last start.
The War gelding will make his own luck right on the speed and give his rivals something to catch.
Echuca - Race 3 2:00pm AEST
No. 12 Uniquely
Uniquely may never have a better chance to break through for a maiden race win.
She hasn’t produced a poor effort during her racing career career to date and she has form around some decent horses.
The wide barrier draw gives jockey Will Price options and she will be in the mix late.
Echuca - Race 5 3:00pm AEST
No. 1 The Running Man
The Running Man has recorded two wins from his past three race starts and he is well-placed to continue his winning ways this afternoon.
He has recorded two wins from as many starts over this track and distance and there is no doubt that 1000 metres is his pet trip.
Carleen Hefel will be able to settle him right on the speed and he will prove tough to run down.
- Race 8 4:30pm AEST
No. 1 Justwins
It doesn’t surprise that there has been a strong early move for Justwins and I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up starting the race as a dominant favourite.
He may have only recorded the one race win from his six race starts, but on exposed form he does have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field.
Barrier two is ideal and he should have every possible chance in the run.
