Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 25th November

Pakenham - Race 1 5:45pm AEDT

No. 7 Our Heidi

Our Heidi is the class filly in this field and she will have an excellent chance to claim a maiden race win at Pakenham tonight.

She finished a luckless second in the Crockett Stakes and she had genuine excuses in The Amanda Elliot at Flemington on Mackinnon Stakes Day.

This is a huge drop in class and I am surprised that there is better than even money available.

Pakenham - Race 4 7:15pm AEDT

No. 4 Sig Positano

Sig Positano is well-placed to return to winning form.

He stormed home late to finish second first-up and he should take good improvement from that first-up effort.

The small field means that he will be able to settle closer to the speed and he has the turn-of-foot to finish over the top of his rivals late.

Pakenham - Race 7 8:45pm AEDT

No. 3 The Billionaire

The Billionaire had issues when he was beaten at Bendigo last start and he can return to his best form in this contest.

There was plenty to like about his win before that at Morphettville and a repeat of that effort would make him very tough to beat.

Barrier five suits and he will have every possible chance in the run.

Pakenham - Race 8 9:15pm AEDT

No. 8 Liberty Fire

Liberty Fire is a lightly-raced filly that has plenty of upside.

She had excuses when she was beaten on debut at Ladbrokes Park Sandown and she got off the mark with a great effort at Pakenham last starter.

This contest is not that much tougher and she can make it two wins on the trot.
