Barrier six is ideal and he will have every possible chance in the run with Keagan Latham in the saddle, while on exposed form he does have a genuine class edge over the rest of this field.
It would not surprise to see him end up in stronger races than this one.
I am quickly turning into a big fan of Fielding and he is well-placed to make it back-to-back wins at Gosford this afternoon.
His first-up effort at Warwick Farm was tough and I really liked the way he put away his rivals at the same venue last start.
The Deep Field gelding simply doesn’t run a bad race and I don’t think that the step-up to 1200 metres will be an issue for him.
Hell I Am is deserving of its status as a clear favourite in the Gosford Guineas and I have it marked much shorter than its current price of $2.80.
The Hellbent gelding worked his way through the grades nicely during the early spring and returned to the races with an excellent win in the Wyong Magic Millions Stakes.
