Our Ladbrokes preview can be found below.

FURPHY HANDICAP NMW (1550 METRES) - Race 1 11:22pm AEDT

Eaglelou has yet to finish out of the top five in all twelve starts.

Prepared by Darren Magro and Aimee Bush at Gawler, the four year old has been in great form and comes here hard fit.

He normally gets back in his races and finishes off strongly, last start he pressed forward from the wide gate and just looked a bit one paced over the final stages.

Justin Potter has partnered him in nine of his twelve starts and will reunite with him for this event.

GOODWOOD CARNIVAL AT MORPHETTVILLE (APRIL 29 - MAY 20TH) HANDICAP BM62 (1250 METRES) - Race 2 11:57pm AEDT

Klabel is only lightly raced and has performed well in stronger grade.

The three year old was collared late first up over 1200m and then dropped back to 1050m but was trapped wide and did it tough.

He’ll be better suited over 1250m, the visors go on and he should find this easier than what he’s been contesting.

Jake Toeroek will again take the ride for Richard and Chantelle Jolly.

CROSER HANDICAP BM72 (1950 METRES)  - Race 3 12:32pm AEDT

Azaly has performed well in three starts back from a freshen up.

The Dundeel gelding stuck on well in both runs over the mile and looked to appreciate getting out over further last start.

He’s a winner at his only start over this trip and the Hayes boys have appointed Ben Melham to take the mount.

PETER ELBERG FUNERALS HANDICAP BM76 (1550 METRES) - Race 4 1:07pm AEDT

Reckoning hasn’t been far away in three runs this preparation.

His runs have been spaced with Nick Ryan giving him jump outs in between to keep him up to the mark.

The Domesday gelding kept finding the line well when stepping out the mile last start and with three and a half weeks since that run, he looks nicely placed here at the 1550m.

Dean Yendell will take the mount and he’ll afford him every chance from barrier 3.

GRAND SYNDICATES HANDICAP (HEAT 9 AUTUMN SERIES) BM62 (1400 METRES) - Race 5 1:42pm AEDT

Starts With Hello is another who hasn’t been far away in three runs back from a break.

The Nicconi gelding was sent out favourite in a Benchmark 72 over the mile last start and was just run down late.

He’s been freshened and the team have given him a 600m jump out in preparation for this.

He comes back to 1400m, he drops in grade and the blinkers go on for the first time.

Jake Toeroek has been on for five of his six starts and he’ll again partner him.

H C NITSCHKE STAKES LISTED (1400 METRES) - Race 6 2:22pm AEDT

The Maher / Eustace team prepare Royal Merchant and this talented filly brings strong form lines here.

She finished less than a length behind Jacquinot back in January and then recorded her first stakes placing when finishing runner up in the Group 2 Angus Armanasco two starts back.

The daughter of Merchant Navy has performed well over this trip and she gets in beautifully with just 54kgs on her back.

Dean Yendall will take the reins and from barrier 4 she’ll be given every chance.

CITY OF ADELAIDE HANDICAP LISTED (1400 METRES) - Race 7 3:02pm AEDT

Noname Lane was in great form last campaign, stringing three wins together, including the Balaklava and Seymour Cups before tackling the Toorak Handicap, where he produced a very credible effort to finish less than three lengths from the winner.

He’s had two runs back this time in, he’ll strip fitter for those and he does perform well third up.

Todd Pannell has enjoyed good success with him, he goes back in the saddle and he’ll run his usual honest race.

REDELVA STAKES LISTED (1100 METRES) - Race 8 3:39pm AEDT

The Godolphin galloper Renosu has been terrific is two recent runs.

He sustained a tough run when resuming at Warwick Farm but still let down strongly and proved too good.

He then lined up in the Listed Sunlight Classic at Flemington and fought hard to finish second behind the very promising, What You Need.

Ben Melham goes onboard, he does have the wide gate to overcome but class will take him a long way.

R N IRWIN STAKES GROUP 3 (1100 METRES) - Race 9 4:27pm AEDT

Kallos is racing in great form.  The son of Medaglia D’Oro resumed last month as a gelding and since been unbeaten in two starts down the Flemington straight.  He steps to 1100m and he’s a group 2 winner over this trip, having won the Danehill Stakes as a three year old.

Ben Melham retains the ride after scoring on him last start and I think he and James Cummings can combine to take out a feature double.

MURRAY AND BARB STEWART'S 65TH ANNIVERSARY MEMORIAL HANDICAP BM68 (1000 METRES) - Race 10 4:55pm AEDT

Shooting For Stars looks a very promising type.

The daughter of Shooting To Win performed well in her first three runs, scoring two dominant wins, before being transferred to Will Clarken and Nikki O’Shea.

She trialled nicely before resuming as favourite at Oakbank a fortnight ago where she looked the winner at the top of the straight but was overrun late as they stormed down the outside.

While she subsequently pulled up with a slow recovery, I’m willing to forget that run and I think she can bounce back.

She drops back to 1000m and will carry just 53kgs with the claim for Ben Price.
