No. 2 Midnight Spritz

Midnight Spritz enters this race following a scintillating win over this course and distance last Wednesday.

The Jodie Lord-trained daughter of Tommy Shelby settled outside the lead from box 5 before powering to the line to win impressively by 4.25 lengths in 29.82 seconds.

She draws perfectly here in box 2 and should prove hard to catch.

No. 2 My Bandit

My Bandit loves an inside draw and proved that brilliantly here last Wednesday over this course and distance.

Jumping from box 2, the son of Fernando Bale jumped well to lead into the first turn before charging away to win by three lengths in the scorching time of 29.62 seconds.

He’s unbeaten in the three starts from the stripes including five starts back when winning over this course and distance in 29.96 seconds.

He looks to get the perfect run, either leading or camping on Nacho Queen’s back, before charging hard to the line.

No. 8 Mario Wave

Mario Wave finished second to My Bandit in 29.84 seconds last start over this course and distance.

That’s a very credible effort given how well My Bandit is racing.

The Victor Sultana-trained dog was in great form prior to that, winning over this course and distance two starts back and defeating Zipping Ronaldo by 3.75 lengths.

He jumped from box 8 that night and does so again here. He has the early speed to cross and find the rail.

No. 1 Queen Baroque

Queen Baroque was slow to leave box 1 last start and it proved costly with the daughter of Sennachie encountering traffic problems before running on strongly to place third.

She still clocked 29.84 seconds so there was plenty of merit in the run.

Two starts back she won well over this course and distance in 29.93 seconds by three lengths.

For the third start in a row she draws the prized inside box which will give her every chance to win.
