No. 8 Can Do It

Can Do It has come back this preparation in fine style.

The six-year-old gelding found the line well at Bathurst first-up but was swamped late to finish a head third.

He improved second-up when leading over 1010m at Orange before dashing strongly in the straight to win easily by 3.8 lengths.

He’ll strip fitter third-up and maps to get a great run.

No. 3 Single Attraction

Single Attraction broke through for her first win three starts ago when powering away from her rivals at Queanbeyan to win by 5.3 lengths.

The Joe Cleary-trained mare gained confidence from that victory and has since finished a head second at Queanbeyan over 1200m before finishing just under a length second over 1100m at the Sapphire Coast.

She has a tricky gate to contend with but she possesses the necessary early speed to cross and find a prominent position.

No. 2 That’s Better

That’s Better is racing in great form at the moment with two wins and two seconds from his past four starts.

The son of Exceed And Excel returns to Cowra for the first time since bolting in by 3.5 lengths over this course and distance three starts ago.

He’s drawn perfectly in barrier 1 for William Stanley who claims 1.5kg.
