Fight fans will be required to rise early on Sunday morning as the UFC heads to Europe again this week.
Paris will play host to a stacked card of fights that is littered with European athletes ready to make their mark in the octagon.
The Main Event will feature veteran Lightweight Renato Moicana taking on the local Frenchman Benoit Saint-Denis which will have repercussions for the entire division moving forward.
We have completed our homework and our thoughts and betting suggestions for the top three fights on the main card can be found below.
Renato Moicano vs Benoit Saint-Denis
BJJ black belt Renato Moicano comes into this Main Event fight having won five of his last six fights including four finishes, three via submission.
In fact, 10 of his 19 career wins have been by submission.
His only loss in that time was to Rafael dos Anjos back in March of 2022 via a unanimous decision.
Benoit Saint-Denis started his UFC career with a loss but then went on a five five win streak, all of which were finished inside two rounds.
He was tasked with fighting veteran and multiple times title challenger Dustin Poirier in Miami earlier this year, a fight in which he lost via KO in the second round.
Both fighters possess excellent grappling skills but are also more than competent on the feet and I’m expecting all facets of MMA to be on display.
In front of his home fans, I’m backing the Frenchman to get the job done and he can do it inside the distance.

Nassourdine Imavov vs Brendan Allen
Nassourdine Imavov is a Dagestani born Frenchman who has fought in the Welterweight, Middleweight and Light Heavyweight divisions throughout his career.
He made his debut in the UFC in 2020 and has gone 6-2 with one no contest throughout his time in the largest MMA organisation in the world.
The no contest came from an accidental headbutt against Chris Curtis last year but he has back to back wins over Roman Dolidze and Jared Cannonier so far this year.
Brendan Allen has also fought in those three weight divisions throughout his long career and his record sits at 24 wins and just five losses.
He has been an extremely active fighter since winning a UFC contract through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2019 and he comes into this fight with seven wins in a row.
14 of his 24 career wins have been via submission and he will be hoping to get the fight to the canvas.
The local will have the home crowd advantage and is very short in the market and while I’m not willing to tip you into a winner, I do think the judges will be needed.
Fight To Go The Distance
William Gomis vs Joanderson Brito
Frenchman William Gomis is undefeated in his UFC career so far after making his debut in the promotion back in September 2022.
In fact, he has won his last 11 straight professional MMA fights leading into this contest.
Brazilian Joanderson Brito lost his fight inside the UFC in 2022 but has since won his last five in a row and all five have been finishes.
Three KO/TKO victories and two via submission.
This is a fight that fight fans will be looking forward to between two fighters capable of finishing their opponent but I’m with the Brazilian to get the job done.
