The son of Bernardo recorded consecutive wins up at The Q before returning here to Grafton earlier this week to fill the minors behind the likes of So Refined.
He’s got plenty of upside and should be able to find a prominent position in the run from Box 3.

Nangar Zara returned to winning form with an eye-catching performance up at The Q two starts back and franked that by getting up again over this route last time out.
From Box 3, I think she can lob up front and make all of her own luck tonight.

Federal Senor is the one for me in tonight’s Ladbrokes Thunderbolt Final.
He’s been in outstanding form in recent weeks, but it was his performance in last weekend’s semifinal that really did stamp him as the one to beat, in my opinion – he completed missed the start but still stormed home to win in the quickest time of any dog engaged in the series.
He loves a wide alley and should get his chance again tonight.

Zac Sure Can looks well placed coming out of the cherry tonight at Grafton.
Having saluted over 300m at Taree three runs back, the son of Tommy Shelby was luckless in each of his last two starts.
