A big night of greyhound racing is on deck this Thursday, with National Distance and Sprint Finals action across both NSW and Queensland.

MAGPIE HECTOR (8) returns home following a successful interstate campaign.
The son of Feral Franky stormed home last start to win the Group 3 Fireball at The Meadows.
He also finished second in the Queensland Cup as well the Group 1 Sandown Cup Final.
He boasts an outstanding record of four wins from five starts over this course and distance with a personal best of 41.59 seconds.

The daughter of My Redeemer has improved in each of her three starts over the Q2 710m with her most recent effort seeing her clock a personal best of 41.24 seconds.
She’s undefeated out of box 1 and should be able to hold the fence.

JUNGLE JOHNNY (8) is on a tear at the moment and looking for his fifth in a row.
The Mark Gatt-trained dog broke the track record over this course and distance three starts ago when producing a sublime 28.84 seconds.
He has a good record from box 8 and won when wearing the pink rug two starts ago here in a slick 29.14 seconds.
He should be at peak fitness now and looks hard to beat.

ZIPPING LEE (2) does her best work from inside boxes and gets her chance here from the stripes.
The Jedda Cutlick-trained bitch is a last start winner over this course and distance where she led all the way to win in 29.80 seconds.
She boasts a personal best of 29.54 seconds and defeated race favourite Winsome Jet five starts ago when they started from similar boxes.
She’ll need to produce her best jump but if she does and finds the arm then she can give this a shake.
