Ahab looks a key chance again after winning two of his last three and drawing barrier one, with the 3kg claim bringing him down to 57.5kg.
Kiss My Rock meanwhile showed good enough form to win two starts back, while A Long Story Short is another to keep safe after finishing runner-up at his latest outing.
Amphactor has been racing consistently without winning and gets a useful draw in barrier five, while King Tagaloa is worth considering off a recent victory.

Umgawa brings the highest rating into this contest but has to carry 63kg and returns off a modest run, so there are a few appealing alternatives.
Allinthetiming has a strong overall record and resumes after a consistent campaign, while Talkin’ Italian has been competitive throughout his preparation and was solid again last time.
Ultimately, Allinthetiming’s fitness edge and ideal draw have him on top for me.

Thinking Sensation looks one of the more reliable runners in this field, having turned in two fine performances since resuming and drawing perfectly today.
Night Guard also arrives off a victory and has shown enough to be competitive again, while Wonderdownunder was a model of consistency before the spell, placing in four straight starts.
Third up and ready to peak, I think that Thinking Sensation will be tough to toss once more.

Melek resumes from a spell and looks an interesting runner fresh, with the Ciaron Maher stable opting to stick with Cian MacRedmond.
Takemetothemoon has the strongest recent form on paper, with a win and two seconds from his last four starts, while Talkin’ Stern comes off a dominant win and draws nicely in barrier three.
Hotei Senshi is another capable of featuring if he finds his best, but I’m siding with Takemetothemoon to round out the Seymour card on a winning note.
