Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 3rd September

You can find our Daily Racing Tips for Thursday September 3rd below, including our Warrnambool best bets.

Warrnambool: Race 3
No. 4 I’Lberidin’Shotgun

I’LBERIDIN’SHOTGUN looks the one to beat, having put together a consistent run of placings and getting John Allen aboard here.

MISTER SOLLY and NORTHERN GOLD have both shown enough to be competitive, while STAR ROTATION caught the eye with an encouraging first-up effort.

I’m happy to stick with I’LBERIDIN’SHOTGUN to break through.

Recent form sound. Last start 4th of 8 in a Mdn-Sw at Mildura on August 8 over 1400m, 4 len behind Brazen Warrior with 59.5kg at $2.45. The start before that settled towards the rear 2nd of 11 in a Mdn-Sw at Echuca on July 24 over 1400m, on rain affected going; 0.8 len behind Iberian Lynx carrying 59.5kg at $3.20. Can break through this time.

Warrnambool: Race 4
No. 8 Just My Lot

JUST MY LOT looks the one to beat after finishing second at this track last start, with the 57.5kg and Linda Meech combination appealing again.

CAPTAIN REDBEARD was solid first-up at Seymour and should take improvement from that run, while BELLE FLAMME has placed form around this level and gets John Allen aboard.

COMPASSIONis the interesting debutant, but I’m leaning towards Just My Lot to go one better.

Third-up today. First-up 4th of 11 in a Mdn-Sw at Hamilton on August 1 over 1200m, on a wet track; 8 len behind Cinnamon Kiss carrying 57.5kg at $2.80. Second run from a spell ran on from midfield; 2nd of 10 in a Mdn-Sw at this track on August 20 over 1400m, in the wet; 0.5 len behind Mr Sioux with 57.5kg at $7. Fitter now and making headway. Improving and should go close.

Warrnambool: Race 6
No. 4 Cinnamon Kiss

CINNAMON KISS has won both starts this preparation and gets another favourable draw in barrier two, making her the one to beat again.

EMPRESS ROSSA has an excellent record from three starts and has already finished behind Cinnamon Kiss, while FAST ‘N’ INZAINE gets the inside draw and John Allen aboard.

I’m happy to stick with Cinnamon Kiss to complete the hat-trick.

Chasing a hat-trick. Most recently won by 2.5 len at this track on August 20 over 1100m in the wet defeating Moonraker with 56.5kg at $3.80. The run before that won by 2.75 len at Hamilton on August 1 over 1200m on a heavy track defeating Empress Rossa carrying 57.5kg at $3.70. Flying, will take all the beating again.

Warrnambool: Race 8
No. 1 Big Rooster
Each Way

BIG ROOSTER stands out after winning at Warrnambool last start and gets a handy 3kg claim for Holly Durnan despite the 62.5kg impost.

PLACENTIA BAY brings consistent recent form and draws ideally in barrier one, while KINGSFORD was solid first-up and Adjudicate ADJUDICATE gets John Allen aboard after a recent win.

I’m sticking with Big Rooster to make it back-to-back wins.

Warrnambool R8 – The Midfield Group Hcp (Bm62)
