Noche UFC: Silva vs Delgado Predictions

Noche UFC: Silva vs Delgado Predictions

The UFC is heading to Arizona this Sunday for a Lightweight main event that will have big implications on the top five in the division.

Jean Silva was originally supposed to fight Yair Rodriguez for this UFC Noche card but he pulled out due to injury and has been replaced by Jose Delgado.

There are a tonne of good fights on the card and this is how I’m seeing them from a betting perspective.

Jean Silva vs Jose Delgado
6 Units Jean Silva By KO/TKO or Submission @ $1.48

After winning a UFC contract in 2023, Jean Silva went on a five fight win streak to rocket him to the top of the lightweight division.

The first blemish on his UFC resume was a spinning back elbow KO loss to Diego Lopes that came in second round but he did bounce back with a decision win over Arnold Allen in January this year.

Jose Delgado will be thrown into the deep end in just his sixth fight in the UFC but what a great opportunity for the young man ahead of him.

His only loss in the UFC came when he missed weight against Nathaniel Wood in in October 2025 and he has proven himself a tactical technician and a fighter that knows how to score points.

He’s facing a very dangerous opponent who is extremely well rounded, and in my opinion, will challenge for a title at some point in the future.

Prediction: 6 Units Jean Silva By KO/TKO or Submission @ $1.48

Brandon Moreno vs Joseph Morales
4 Units Brandon Moreno To Win @ $2.00

It’s incredible to think Brandon Moreno is just 32 years of age as he has achieved so much during his storied career.

The two-time UFC flyweight champion has been a professional since 2011 and is currently ranked 10th in the division thanks to just two wins in his last six fights inside the octagon.

He has fought the best of the division for a decade and things don’t get easier for him on Sunday.

Joseph Morales is the same age as his more credentialed opponent but has just 16 pro MMA fights to his resume.

He suffered back to back losses in the UFC back in 2018 which included a close split decision before he was released by the promotion.

Since then he has won five straight fights including two back in the UFC and he gets a huge opportunity against a quality opponent.

Moreno’s fighting IQ is very underrated and he simply knows how to score points by being active and that will be the difference in this fight.

Prediction: 4 Units Brandon Moreno To Win @ $2.00

David Martinez vs Dan Ige
1.5 units David Martinez By KO/TKO @ $3.50

David Martinez is a 28 year old Mexican fighter who has lost just once in 15 professional MMA fights.

He won a UFC contract through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2024 and has won all three of his fights in the promotion since.

This includes decision wins over Rob Font and Chito Vera in his last couple and he is now ranked number seven in the division.

Dan Ige has been a ranked fighter for the best part of a decade now and at 35 years of age, his career is winding down.

He comes into this bout with just one win from his last five fights and five wins in his last 14.

There is no doubting his striking prowess and 12 of his 19 career wins have been finishes.

Considering his recent form I’m finding it hard to see him winning.

Prediction: 1.5 units David Martinez By KO/TKO @ $3.50
