Feehan Stakes odds have Pride of Jenni tipped to return from a spell as a winner, as she looks to hold off Mr Brightside and Treasurethe Moment.

Pride of Jenni has made the Feehan Stakes her own in recent years, and the respect in betting markets isn’t a surprise.
She is a fan favourite, and we expect her to fire out to a big lead and never look back. She is best when she gets a soft lead and runs them into the ground, and we expect Declan Bates to adopt those tactics.
There is only one other speed horse in the race with Treasurethe Moment, but she has failed to chase down Jenni before, and bringing the field up could ruin her chances of winning. Therefore, she should get an uncontested lead, and she’ll bring the house down at Caulfield if she wins.
Our Feehan Stakes predictions have her clearly ahead, and she should return in good order this spring.

We’re prepared to give Mr Brightside a pass mark following a seventh behind Sheza Alibi last start. He is better suited to the Feehan Stakes, and he could fire back with a winning performance.
The champion thoroughbred is a six-time winner at Caulfield and a 13-time winner over the distance, so it’s hard to find any negatives. His run for second fresh at Caulfield behind Beiwacht was excellent, and if Pride of Jenni wasn’t in the race, he’d be the $2.50 favourite.
He has pulled the pants down of punters a few times, so we’re not leaving him out of Feehan Stakes tips at $4.50. He’ll be tough to beat, especially if he’s close to Jenni approaching the home turn.

There is only one roughie in this race, which is Pounding at $81, but we have no interest in including him in picks. Therefore, we’re including Another Wil in exotics after his return to form last start.
The Ciaron Maher-trained gelding proved that he still has a zest for racing when placing behind Sheza Alibi and Autumn Boy, which was a terrific run at big odds of $101, and he deserves attention this week.
John Allen should give him every chance in the run from barrier 2, and he could stalk Pride of Jenni before battling on gamely in the straight.
