IMPERIAL ROYALE (5) looks ready to win again today at Hawkesbury.
The Maurice filly broke her maiden down at Nowra last month, while she was only denied by an impressive Beneath The Rock at Newcastle when up in grade for the first time most recently.
In peak order today, something like this looks well within her ability.

Another winning chance for the Bjorn Baker yard at Hawkesbury today is STALLONE (3) in Race 3.
Stallone returned to action with a fine performance to get up in BM64 company at Illawarra Grange back in July and hasn’t been disgraced in stronger races since.
A repeat of his last performance; a fine run to finish fourth in BM72 company at Rosehill would be good enough to see him winning today.

This is a nice opportunity for BLUE EYED BRIGID (10) to salute on her home deck.
The Farnan mare has only won one of her eleven starts so far, but she’s turned in several competitive efforts and returned to action to fill the minors behind Pulsator at Kembla Grange last month.
I’m expecting that form to hold up in something like this, while the mare is also open to plenty of natural improvement.

DANCES WITH HOOVES (4) represents value in the last at Hawkesbury today, in my opinion ($9.50 at publish).
Dances With Hooves was fair without threatening over 1200m at Kembla Grange when resuming, but she’s a horse that tends to enjoy sharp improvement second up from a spell.
Getting further out in trip also suits and she’s drawn ideally under Tommy Berry.
