Daily Racing Tips – Friday 20th April

Muswellbrook - Race 3 1.50pm AEST

No. 1 Jamaican Dream

Jamaican Dream is a horse with plenty of early speed and he should have no issues finding the lead from the inside barrier. He was only narrowly run down at Dubbo last start and before that he was game at Armidale. He could simply prove too quick for his rivals and he has a great chance to return to winning form.

Muswellbrook - Race 6 3.40pm AEST

No. 1 Dylan’s Dynasty

Dylan’s Dynasty doesn’t win out of turn, but he finds himself in a very winnable contest this afternoon. He finished second behind Sophiella at Gosford first-up, he should take plenty of improvement from that performance and this is a genuine drop in class. This is his opportunity to return to winning form.

Muswellbrook - Race 7 4.20pm AEST

No.4 Eminent Duke

Eminent Duke drops back in class after he finished a credible sixth at Warwick Farm last start and he showed plenty of speed to win over 900 metres at Newcastle first-up. The drop back to 1000 metres suits and the wide barrier draw will ensure that he is able to start his way a long way from home. He is good value in what is an open race.

Muswellbrook - Race 8 4:55pm AEST

No. 5 Surjin

Surjin is a better horse than his current record suggests and this is the weakest race that he has contested in some time. He didn’t have any luck whatsoever at Gosford last start and he wasn’t beaten far t Newcastle. He has made something of a habit of hanging out, but if he behaves himself he will be very tough to beat this afternoon.
