- To Win: #4 Exotic Ruby ($15 at time of publish)
Generous price on offer for Exotic Ruby, the Bjorn Baker-trained Snitzel six-year-old good last time out winning the Group 3 Hawkesbury Crown. That race has been a solid enough form line for the Dark Jewel in recent years and think $15 is overs for this mare third-up with improvement to surprise a few. Drawn a bit sticky so will need a shade of luck, but Rachel King retains the ride and happy to tip an upset or close to here.
