Neville Parnham’s previously undefeated Group 3 Gimcrack Stakes winning filly Aurum Belle meanwhile ran third 1.7 lengths beaten.

The best performing juveniles in the Karrakatta Plate field return to the Ascot track two weeks later for the WA Sires’ Produce Stakes, Whispering Brook also winning the subsequent Group 3 in 2016.
