The Denver Nuggets did the job for us yesterday and I am keen to throw my support behind them again. The Nuggets are now 31-21 against the line as underdogs this season and they have covered the spread in their past five games. The Orlando Magic don’t have a great record as home favourites and they were very poor against the Portland Trail Blazers earlier this week.
This is a case of one of the best betting teams in the NBA against one of the worst. The San Antonio Spurs have not lost at home this season and they are an outstanding 20-12 against the line in front of their home fans. The Clippers have a decent record on the road, but they are 4-6 as away underdogs and it is easy to see them giving up the fight if the Spurs take an early lead.
Guangzhou Evergrande have a star-studded squad and they always start their games in the Asian Champions League as dominant favourites, but the side don’t have a great deal of chemistry and they were very poor against Sydney FC. Urawa Reds are a team that is not short of talent and they are also extremely well-organised. I am confident that they can come away from this game with at least a point.
Pakistan are heavy favourites ahead of this clash, but Bangladesh are one of the form Twenty20 teams in the world. They made it through the preliminary stage of this competition with three straight wins and before that they beat Pakistan in the Asia Cup. Bangladesh are highly underrated and are a great bet to beat their rivals at their current price.
