Legendary Lands is back!
Sunday can often be somewhat of an afterthought to the racing week after a big day of punting on Saturday, but that certainly was not the case with one of our punters this weekend who has able to turn $1 into $2110.68.
Our punter started his Sunday afternoon activity in the fourth race at Tamworth and he got his multi off to a very comfortable start when Allzin recorded a comfortable victory at the juicy odds of $4.50.
He skipped race five in Tamworth and turned his attention to race six, where Kings Of Leon was able to deliver both trainer Matthew Smith and our punter a crucial race win.
The Tamworth Cup was a very open affair and our punter elected to play things a little bit more conservatively and backed Mapmaker to place at $4.10.
Timeless Prince got the better off Mapmaker in an epic Tamworth Cup tussle, but that did not bother our punter as he was now only two legs away from a very tidy collect.
The promising Sadhika was having his first start for new trainer Kris Lees and he obviously caught the eye of our astute punter, who backed the son of Street Cry at the very nice odds of $7.
After dominating the card at Tamworth, our punter decided it was time to turn his attention to the final race of the day at Geelong – the Media Puzzle Members Day Handicap.
Our punter looked in a fair amount of trouble when Mamzelle Tess was under heavy riding at the top of the Geelong straight and he looked as though he wasn’t really travelling for Jye McNeill at the 200 metre.
He finally got going late and hit the front with less than 100 metres left to run before holding-off a flying Mandalay Bay to deliver our Sunday specialist a legendary land!
