The ODI series was wrapped up by England at the SCG and it been a dominant series so far from the visitors.
After a horrid test series which saw them relinquish the Ashes, the English have gained some respect back by winning the first 3 games in the shorter format.
Will Australia finally get a win in the series or can the English put another dagger into the coffin that is the Australian ODI team at the moment.
Head To Head Betting
Australia have not performed terribly this series, England has just simply been better.
Individual performances can make all the difference in One Day Internationals and there has been plenty of good ones from the English team.
A reliance on the Aussie skipper has been highlighted in this series so far and although Aaron Finch has been excellent he has still let the team down by not going on after making his hundreds.
Australia’s best fast bowlers were rested, something we have all been accustomed to by now, and then brought back into the team once they were down 2-0.
Resting players and then expecting them to be at their best straight away seems a stretch in the short version of the game as evident in Sydney as both Starc and Cummins went for over six an over.
England is a class ODI team and seem very keen to test themselves and work into form heading into a home World Cup in 2019.
Having said that, Australia is a dangerous team with their backs to the wall and will be looking for an improved performance in front of a stunning Adelaide Oval crowd.
At the start of the series the Aussies price was much too short, in hindsight, however the money has now evened out and they are a backable price.

Top Australia Runscorer
Steve Smith ($3.75) is currently a narrow favourite in Top Australia Runscorer betting from Aaron Finch ($4) and David Warner ($4).
Aaron Finch has been the rock in the Australian batting line up so far and without him it could have been a lot worse for his team.
David Warner has been disappointing in this series so far. He will captain the T20 side in the coming weeks and he needs to lead by example and give the Australians a good start if they are a chance in this game.
Steve Smith knows exactly how to lead from the front and although he has not performed well so far, this has been a rarity whilst he has been in charge of his country. He is a proud man and i’ll be looking for him to bounce back.

Top England Runscorer
Joe Root ($4.00) is a clear favourite from Jonny Bairstow ($4.50), Jason Roy ($4.50), Alex Hales ($5), Eoin Morgan ($8) and Jos Buttler ($8) in Top England Runscorer betting markets.
Jonny Bairstow has had a truly excellent summer in Australia and although he has not made a big hundred in the ODI’s so far he is always a threat to the Australians.
Although he is still yet to make a hundred on Australian soil this summer, the England test skipper has been threatening. If the top order fail to fire, Root can steady the ship and he is the best value for money to score the most runs for England.
