A very patient punter has completed one of the most unusual Legendary Lands that we have ever seen.
This multi was placed at the end of 2017 and included a host of cricket bets such as the Sydney Thunder to beat the Hobart Hurricanes in the Women’s Big Bash, the Adelaide Strikers and Perth Scorchers to beat the Sydney Sixers and Melbourne Renegades respectively in the Men’s Big Bash as well as Steve Smith to top score for Australia in the 2nd Innings of the Boxing Day Test.
He added some variety to his multi by throwing in Sydney FC to beat the Perth Glory in the A-League.
All of these legs duly saluted, but our punter decided that he was willing to play the waiting game!
He added the Sydney Sixers to win the Women’s Big Bash, which they did comfortably in January, but it was his final leg that has our entire bookmaking team shaking their head – Ireland to win the Six Nations.
This meant that our punter had to wait until March at the earliest to claim his multi!
However, our worries proved to be unfounded – Ireland won all five of their games during the Six Nations to claim the tournament in very impressive fashion and that leg added plenty of value to his multi.
Our punter had to wait for it, but he was still able to turn $44 into $11,371!
