One Ladbrokes punter has enjoyed a double delight over the weekend after collecting on two multis for a tidy return. Their first one was a $50, five leg play that netted a return of $1379.46 and a $20, seven leg play for a return of $1825.34 on the weekend’s AFL and NRL action.
For the first multi, our punter backed Hawthorn to beat Adelaide and that result was never in doubt with a 56 point win for the Hawks. Up next in the AFL portion of the multi was Sunday’s blockbuster between Richmond and Geelong where the Tigers eventually found their shooting boots after a frustrating first quarter to emerge as 18 point winners.
The other three legs were centered around this weekend’s NRL action and our Legendary Land backed the Broncos to spring an upset over the Sharks with the added difficulty of the 1-12 winning margin. Brisbane duly obliged coming away with a 20-16 win making our punter very happy (and the team were probably pleased with the result too). Sunday’s two games were backed here too with the Storm covering a -9.5 point line and the Raiders doing their bit with a comfortable 36 point win.
Part two of our Legendary Lands double up featured five of the same legs as the first one but with a few extra parts to make the odds $91.27 with a $20 outlay. St Kilda travelled to the Gold Coast Saturday afternoon and picked up their second win of the season over the Suns in what was the most nervy leg of the whole weekend. It went down to the wire with the Saints coming home by a mere two points.
The other extra leg was the Dragons to beat Manly by 13 or more points in their Saturday evening clash and WIN Stadium was an appropriate name as the Dragons and our punter both tasted victory with a final score of 32-8. With the Hawks, Tigers, Broncos, Storm and Raiders all delivering on their legs twice, our punter picked up this two part Legendary Land.
