First starter Deep Sceiva heads to the races with a 1000m Doomben barrier trial win under her belt and will have the winkers on when she makes her debut and follow any betting moves.

The Tony Gollan trained Nashwah is also making her debut and even though she finished sixth in a recent 1000m Doomben barrier trial, is one to keep an eye on.

Soul Dancer has the benefit of race experience and has been runner up twice from four starts earlier in the year and Daisy Street has finished second in a recent 1000m Gold Coast barrier trial in p[reparation for her debut.

Maiden Plate (1600m) - Race 2 1:43pm

Sacred Suite was a beaten odds on favourite last start when runner up in a 1400m Gold Coast Maiden and gets his chance to make amends here.

Trumped Up has been placed five times from nine starts and has been runner up at his last two starts, his latest in a 1660m Doomben Maiden and will strip as one of the main chances.

Well Well Well is on the improve with a last start second in a 1400m Eagle Farm Maiden with Traduce finishing fourth in the same and he will strip fitter for that first up effort.

Class 5 Plate (1300m) - Race 3 2:18pm

Fasano resumed for a narrow win in a 1200m Eagle Farm Class 4 a fortnight ago and will strip fitter and will be hard to beat again.

Chauffeur appreciated the drop in class last start when a winner in a 1200m Doomben Class 3 and can be in the mix again.

Shogun Sun is fitter for a first up fourth in a 1200m Eagle Farm Class 4 two weeks ago and Ditmas is dropping back to mid-week class following his eighth in a Saturday grade Class 6 over 1200m at Eagle Farm.

Class 6 Plate (1800m) - Race 4 2:53pm

Cloak is racing in outstanding form with wins from his last four starts and is dropping back to mid-week company following his last start win in a Saturday grade Doomben 12600m Class 6 and should prove hard to beat again.

Momentum To Win was a winner over this course and distance two starts back in Saturday class before finishing seventh in a Saturday 2200m Eagle Farm BenchMark 78 Handicap and will find this a lot easier.

Reckless Choice is getting close to the winner’s stall with a third and second at his last two starts at Doomben and Bianco Nuovo is having his first start for Sunshine Coast trainer Stuart Kendrick and has the blinkers on again after finishing third in a 2400m Bendigo BenchMark 78 Handicap at the end of July.

First starter Ruby’s Lad was an easy winner in a recent 1000m Gold Coast barrier trial and will have the blinkers on for his debut and the betting will be the best guide.

I Am Swerving has three placings from four starts in Sydney and is coming off a last start second in a 1100m Maiden on the Kensington track at Randwick but looks likely to jump from the outside gate.

First emergency Kipchoge has finished fourth in a recent Doomben barrier trial and is one to keep an eye on if he gets a start and Shamaton has finished second in a recent 1000m Doomben barrier trial in preparation for his debut.

BenchMark 75 Handicap (1000m) - Race 6 4:03pm

Jagged Edge is resuming and has won first up in the past, is a winner over this course, has drawn the coveted inside gate and has strong first up claims.

Ramtastic had good form before a spell with three consecutive seconds and has a very handy first up record of two wins and a second from three attempts and has finished second in a recent 840m Doomben barrier trial.

Paper Trade will be fitter for a first up second in a 1000m  0 – 70 Rating Handicap at Eagle Farm and Superare had two wins during his two year old season and has won two barrier trails at the Sunshine Coast and at Doomben in preparation for his return.

BenchMark 70 Handicap (1600m) - Race 7 4:38pm

Sayl was a winner three starts back at Doomben  and then finished third at his last start at Doomben and Eagle Farm and will get every chance from the inside gate.

Coco Fashion gets her chance in town following a win in an Ipswich 1530m Class 2 and has claims.

Mood resumed from a spell for a win in a Sunshine Coast 1600m Class 2 and can figure in the mix again and Steelz Time is dropping back to a mid-week class following his fifth in a Saturday grade Eagle Farm 1600m BenchMark 75 Handicap.

McCovey Cove resumed from a long spell for a win in 1200m Class 1 and will strip fitter here.

Smooth Move was a winner three starts back over this course and distance and is coming off a last start second in a 1200m Eagle Farm BenchMark 72
