Moonshiner went down narrowly at his first run back from a break when second in a 1350m Ipswich Maiden and gets his chance to go one better here.

Our Fraulein was also a first up second in an 1100m Gold Coast Maiden and can figure in the finish again.

Trumped Up has been trying to breakthrough for his Maiden win for a while and is coming off a last start sixth in a 1400m Gold Coast Maiden and look for further improvement from Intense.

Class 3 Handicap (1200m) - Race 2 1:39pm

Tracy May will strip fitter for one run back from a break and looks the one to beat on her second in a 1050m Toowoomba BenchMark 72 Handicap.

Full Nelson was able to win at his first run back for twelve months in taking out a 1200m Ipswich Class 2 Handicap and has to be considered again.

Invincore hasn’t been far off the pace at two runs this time in with a first up third in a 1000m Sunshine Coast Class 3 following by a fourth in a 1000m Eagle Farm Class 3 and Dolly Spartan has three placings and win from four starts this preparation, her latest a second in a 1200m Gold Coast Class 3 Handicap.

Factory Warrior has been placed at his three starts, his latest a third in the 2000m Toowoomba Cup at Toowoomba and looks well placed here.

Coastal Prince set the pace last start when third in a 1600m Sunshine Coast BenchMark 68 Handicap and can be prominent again.

Enterprise Moss is a last start winner in an 1800m Sunshine Coast Class 4 and Plumaro can be thereabouts.

Bold Hunter has been placed at his last three starts at the Sunshine Coast, Rockhampton and the Gold Coast and gets his chance to find the winner’s stall here.

Buckets Of Pride is resuming and has trialled twice for his return, his latest a third in a 1000m Doomben trial.

Befana made up plenty of ground last start when third in a 1000m Sunshine Coast BenchMark 65 Handicap and Jubai Pride is stepping up in grade following her Maiden win over 900m at the Gold Coast.

QTIS 3yo Maiden Handicap (1200m) - Race 5 3:29pm

Mr Ciccolina will all the better for a first up second as favourite in an 1100m Gold Coast Maiden and gets his chance to go one better here.

Paredo was spelled after running second in a 1400m Gold Coast 2yo Maiden in May and has won a recent 1000m Gold Coast trial in preparation for her return to the track.

Beltaria is a winner of a recent 1000m sunshine Coast barrier trial and Hams Al Lail has finished second in a recent 840m Doomben trial.

BenchMark 68 Handicap (2200m) - Race 6 4:09pm

Call Me Legend was a winner three starts back in a 1710m Ipswich Class 2 and was narrowly beaten last start when second in a 2170m Ipswich Class 2 and gets his chance here.

Takittothelimit was a winner over 2200m at her last start before a break and is ready to step back up to the distance with three runs under her belt, her latest a sixth in an 1800m Gold Coast BenchMark 72 Handicap.

Bronzegate is coming off a last start second in an 1800m Gold Coast BenchMark 72 Handicap and is a winner over this course and distance and Missed The Alarm hasn’t been far off the mark with a second two starts back in an 1800m sunshine Coast BenchMark 65 Handicap followed by a fourth in an 1800m Gold Coast BenchMark 72 Handicap.

F&M BenchMark 65 Handicap (1350m) - Race 7 4:50pm

Bellarine broke through for her Maiden win two starts back at the Gold Coast over 1400m and then finished fourth in a 1350m Ipswich Class 1 and will appreciate a nice drop in the weights.

Blackboots is fitter for one run back from a break for a fifth in a 1000m Sunshine Coast BenchMark 65 Handicap and will appreciate the step up to the 1350m.

Purroni is fitter for one run back from a spell for a fourth in a 1200m Ipswich BenchMark 65 Handicap and Maleeka blue is stepping in grade following her win in a 1400m Sunshine Coast Maiden.

C,G & E BenchMark 65 Handicap (1350m) - Race 8 5:25pm

Phionaix is racing well at Ipswich with a win there two starts back in an 1100m BenchMark 60 Handicap and then finished third in a 1200m Benchmark 65 Handicap and can bounce back into the winner’s stall here.

Steel Pier raced in much harder company than this during the Winter and is resuming with a recent fourth in a 1000m Doomben barrier trial under his belt.

Don’t Waiver is also resuming after finishing fourth in a recent 850m Sunshine Coast trial and Fanx is fitter for two runs under his belt.
