Ten races will be run and won at Sydney’s Rosehill Gardens this Saturday, December 7th.
The rail will be set out 4 metres around the entire course for this meeting, while the track is rated in the Good (4) range at publish.
I’ve run the rule over the program, and you can find all of my Rosehill tips below.
Manuscript broke his maiden easily at Wyong when resuming and something like this is the next logical step.
The Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott-trained gelding only just missed on debut at Scone in February and was immediately put away, while he worked home to greet the judge more than two lengths in the clear last month.
I like that he has been kept to the mark with a trial since that race.

We were with Justela when she won the Midway race at Kembla Grange on The Gong Day and I’m happy to stick with her this week.
The Odyssey Moon mare finished fourth, beaten more than three lengths at Rosehill when resuming but couldn’t have been a lot more impressive last time.
Fitter third-up, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish again.

In Summer is the one for me in this week’s Highway Handicap.
In Summer has only made four appearances at the races since debuting, but she has stamped herself as one to follow by winning twice, highlighted by her last-start effort in BM58 company.
There’s no doubt that this is the hardest task that she’s been set, but she’s open to further improvement and it certainly doesn’t look beyond her.

I’m going to give Bestower one last chance at Rosehill on Saturday.
The Contributer mare is yet to strike in four runs back from a break, but she only just missed behind Morning Sun in a similar contest here two back, while she was half a length behind the winner at Newcastle last time.
I like that she’s on the quick back up, she’s hard fit and does look up to something of this quality.

Darling Downs faces a tougher assignment at Rosehill on Saturday but is proven this time in and can win again.
The Deep Field mare has had her runs spaced this prep and it really has been the key to her: two wins and a credible second placing from her three starts, including a dominant effort at Randwick-Kensington last time out in late October.
With only 55kgs in tow this week, I think she’ll be right in the finish again.

Modesty rates as a key winning chance again this week at Rosehill.
Modesty needed his first run back from a break when seventh, beaten around three lengths at Warwick Farm in October, but he enjoyed plenty of improvement into a smart win in BM78 company here last month
Having finished a credible fourth in a similar race last time out, he’s hard fit this week and drawn to receive a lovely run in transit.

How Dare You is second up and primed for a competitive performance at Rosehill on Saturday.
The Zoustar mare has mixed her form a little through eleven career starts, but she returned to action with a promising performance to finish fourth, beaten a little over a length in BM72 company.
Her second-up record is rather good and with even luck, this looks a nice race for her.

This is one of the better races on the program and there is a case to be made for a few of them, including Spangler.
Last year’s Provincial Championship winner has turned in several competitive performances in his subsequent preparations, and he returned to action to finish fifth at this grade up at Newcastle on The Hunter Day.
His second up record is outstanding he gets back to his pet conditions.

Another quality sprint with several winning chances engaged, but I’ve put Iowna Merc on top second up from a spell.
Iowna Merc has been a model of consistency in races not dissimilar to this one throughout sixteen career starts, and he returned to action with a fair effort in the Group 3 Warra a couple of weeks ago.
With natural improvement and dropping in class, this looks a perfect race for him.

Scorch returned to action to win in BM72 company at Canterbury and he can make it two on the bounce in the last at Rosehill this week.
Scorch has won three of ten career starts so far, finishing the runner up a further three times and finding form around some classy opposition.
With natural improvement and luck from a wider draw, this is within his abilities as well.
