We’re back to The Heath on Wednesday with eight races set to make up the card.
The weather is fine with the track rated a Good 4 and the rail out 6m across the circuit.

Reach The Peak probably wins last start if he wasn’t held up badly into the straight.
Peter Moody’s gelding settled midfield and found himself behind a wall of horses at the 300m mark along the fence, forced to shift to the outside where he ran on beautifully to run a narrow second Chosen Legend in a head bob.
Third-up now and indicating he’ll see out 1800m, this son of Grunt looks incredibly hard to beat.

Time Lapse is on debut for the Peter Moody and Katherine Coleman stable.
This three-year-old to I Am Invincible has caught the eye at the trials leading in, beating home the talented Excess last time out – a horse that won here on the Heath track earlier in the year.
Out of champion Group 1 winning dam In Her Time, the breeding suggests a big performance could be on the cards if Will Price finds the right spot from barrier 7.
1 Unit Time Lapse (5)
Fragile Love looks ready to peak fourth-up.
Matthew Ellerton’s mare finds it tough to win, but there was plenty to like about her runner-up effort over the track and distance last month where she never was afforded clear air over the 400-200m stage.
She’s been given a handy three-week break between runs and is competing with the blinkers off for the first time from a perfect low gate.
Joe Bowditch won’t want to settle too far back in a race that packs early speed, but if she’s close enough in the run, she’s right in the mix.
1 Unit Fragile Love (5)
Boom Boom Ray is more than capable of going on with the job for Gavin Bedggood.
The four-year-old son of Zoustar returned a gelding fresh at Bendigo two weeks ago where he relished the Heavy 10 to go on and win by 1.5 lengths.
I thought he quickened nicely to find the centre of the track after settling midfield under Jamie Mott, while the fact he won under hands and heels suggests he should have a bit left in the tank.
Providing he’s not wanting further, he’s a definite each-way bet in an open race.
1 Unit Each-Way Boom Boom Ray (2)
Signal is back for another crack at the Heath after struggling for luck here a few weeks ago when beaten just shy of three lengths.
By Danerich, Matt Laurie’s gelding was in good form leading in, coming off a dominant victory at Mornington where he led into the straight and never looked back.
He’ll need luck to be on his side again from a slightly awkward alley, but hard fit and suited by a dry track, he has to be considered a top chance.
1 Unit Signal (2)
Maisy is second-up for Team Hawks and capable of improving on a complete forgive effort at Sale in her return to the races.
The Pierro mare was greeted with a wet track and clearly never handled the conditions, a disappointing return after winning her maiden in dominant fashion on debut at Seymour earlier in the year.
That run over 1400m should help her see out the rise in trip on Wednesday though, and she’s obviously aided by a dry track having drawn an inside gate.
1 Unit Maisy (11)
Social Conscience is the straight bat play here in a tricky race between the sprinters.
The five-year-old son of Capitalist has been super honest since he resumed, finding the money in his second start here over 1200m a couple of weeks ago where he was forced to make up a stack of ground out wide.
He’s meeting Street Elite 0.5kg better off at the weights and gets the added services of Craig Williams taking over in the irons.
Set to peak third-up, this looks the right race if he can settle handy to the speed.
1 Unit Social Conscience (3)
Kings Valley has been ultra-consistent for Ciaron Maher all prep, returning a win and two placings from three starts.
He really deserved to win again last start when he bumped into Howlin’ Rain, who just got the upper hand over the final few stages to prevail by a small margin.
Given a few weeks between runs with that aforementioned form holding up well, this looks the right race for him to strike despite a little more depth.
