In my opinion, Canya Amy is just the best greyhound in tonight’s Group 3 Christmas Cheer Final and I think she’ll return to winning form.
This talented daughter of Sennachie has turned in some fine performances in some of the country’s best staying races this year and has found form around some classy opposition.
Box 4 is the knock but in this less-than capacity field and with an empty alley on her inside, I’m confident she can break that duck.
It’s Sooty Keeping for me in The Collerson.
Sooty Keeping has missed placing just twice in fifteen trips to the races so far, winning seven times and producing some memorable performances.
She’s never left from Box 3, but her form here at Wenty is excellent.
I cannot look past the Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase winner, Blue Kermaro, in tonight’s Group 1 Ladbrokes Paul Wheeler Simply The Best.
Blue Kermaro was nothing short of incredible here back in October, while his overall record at the track and trip is almost faultless.
If he steps well from Box 2, good luck catching him!
Reigning champion Schillaci is back to defend his crown in The Phoenix, and I am confident that he can pull it off.
Clearly, Schillaci is an excellent greyhound, and he always seems to find his best performances on the grandest stages.
Having won a Melbourne Cup heat before a luckless run in the final last time out, he should receive every chance from the cherry, and he know that he is certainly up to the class.
