Six races will be run and won at Sydney’s Randwick-Kensington on Wednesday, January 22nd.
The rail will be set out five metres around the entire course while at publish, we’re faced with a Soft (6) track.

King Of Dragons is fit and ready to break his maiden this week at Randwick-Kensington.
The Gary Portelli-trained gelding has improved with each of four starts back this time, culminating in a near miss in the Magic Millions Maiden last time out.
In peak order today and in what looks a weaker race, this is his opportunity.

Sunshine Law has been knocking on the door since resuming and gets a great chance to win on Wednesday.
The Alabama Express filly hit the line to finish second, beaten a length and a half up at Newcastle on Boxing Day before only just missing at Warwick Farm.
Fitter third-up and staying at the 1400m, this looks a great race for her.

Moritz Girl was an impressive winner on a Highway race last time out and something like this looks winnable as well.
The Maurice mare has raced consistently this time in and after only just missing behind In Summer at Randwick two back, she was rewarded with an eye-catching win over a mile last time out.
In peak order and taking weight from most of her rivals, she can make it two.

This looks a winnable race for Captain Maverick.
Captain Maverick is yet to strike in three runs back from a break, but he has raced well around some quality horses and was less than two lengths behind the winner in Saturday metro company last time out.
From an ideal barrier and back to the midweeks, I think he’ll be tough to beat.

Up To Mischief is fit and ready to do something this week at Randwick-Kensington.
Up To Mischief has won three of just seven career starts so far, and after only just missing at Canterbury first up this time, she’s finished on the placegetters’ heels at each of her last two.
In peak order this week and with some relief in the weights, I think she’s going to be right in the finish.

Imposing Pier takes winning form into this contest and can make it two in a row.
Having only just been denied at each of her first two career starts last year, the Pierata gelding returned to action with a dominant performance to easily break his maiden down at Kembla Grange.
He has plenty of upside and while this is harder, it does look the next logical target.
