The Brave Smash colt has only made one appearance at the races so far, but I thought he was good in the Talindert Stakes, particularly when finding clear air in the straight.
With natural improvement today, he can begin his rise through the grades.
The consistent Time Lapse strikes another winnable race this evening at The Valley.
Time Lapse hasn’t missed placing in four starts since debuting, breaking his maiden impressively at Pakenham two back before only just missing here last time out.
He’s hard fit and can go on with it this week.

The Justify mare worked home well at her first run back from a lengthy break before turning in another decent effort second-up, keeping her best work for late.
Mark Zahra enhances her winning claims tonight and with even luck in running, I can’t find a reason why she won’t be in the finish.
The Abell Stakes has drawn a decent field of sprinters this year including Extratwo, who I have put on top.
Extratwo clearly needed her first run back at Flemington to dust off the cobwebs, but she is a horse that tends to enjoy big improvement with a run under her belt, and she almost always goes to another level here at The Valley.
She gets into this race well and it looks a perfect feature for her.
