KAROLINA MUCHOVA VS COCO GAUFF
OVER 22.5 TOTAL GAMES @ $1.85

A maiden Wimbledon final appearance awaits former French Open runner-up Karolina Muchova, or US and French Open winner Coco Gauff.

Muchova is the narrowest of favourites in the Wimbledon betting markets on this match, despite Gauff’s 6-1 advantage in the rivalry. All of the American’s wins were on hard-courts – including this season at the Australian Open and Miami Masters.

But Czech Muchova chalked up a breakthrough win in their most recent clash, taking out their Stuttgart Open quarterfinal in April in three sets.

Coming into Wimbledon on the back of Bad Homburg Open title success where she beat Naomi Osaka, Muchova has dropped just won set so far – to 2024 champ Barbora Krejcikova in the Round of 16.

The 29-year-old has otherwise accounted for Anastasia Zakharova, Zhang Shuai, Mananchaya Sawangkaew and newly installed tournament favourite Osaka again, the latter in a high-quality 7-6 6-4 clash.

Gauff had not been past the Round of 16 at Wimbledon previously.

After a demolition of Tamara Korspatch first up, she has shown fighting qualities in three-set wins over Solana Sierra, Claire Liu, 11th seed Belinda Bencic and fourth seed Jessica Pegula – the latter two after losing the first set.

Muchova’s variety and net game did the job on Osaka, but Gauff’s gritty defence digging her out of some tight spots. Two of their three matches this year have gone the distance and this seems likely to do the same.

Prediction: BACK OVER 22.5 TOTAL GAMES @ $1.85

MARTA KOSTYUK VS LINDA NOSKOVA
KOSTYUK TO WIN @ $1.78

We will have one first-time grand slam finalist at Wimbledon as 12th seed Marta Kostyuk and ninth seed Linda Noskova square off in the second Ladies’ Wimbledon semifinal.

The pair met for the first time at the Madrid Masters in April, with Kostyuk winning 7-6 6-0 in the quarters before going on to take out the biggest title of her career. She subsequently made the French Open semis, going down to Mirra Andreeva.

Twenty-year-old Noskova had lost her only previous grand slam quarterfinal, but she defeated veteran 25th Elise Mertens 6-3 7-5 on Thursday on the back of impressive victories over 17th seed Sorana Cirstea (2-6 6-3 7-6) and Madison Keys (6-4 7-6).

Noskova won the Grass Court Championships in Berlin last month and has carried that grass-court form into this tournament.

Kostyuk outlasted well-credentialled duo Anna Blinkova and 23rd seed Emma Navarro in three sets, before going up a gear. She put away Ashlyn Krueger 6-4 6-4 in the Round of 16 and crushed 2024 runner-up and 13th seed Jasmine Paolini 6-3 6-2 in the quarters.

Both players are in tremendous touch, but narrow favourite Kostyuk made a real statement in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian’s tally of seven top 10 wins in 2026 bodes well for this high-stakes encounter.

Prediction: BACK KOSTYUK TO WIN @ $1.78
