Wet weather continues to make life difficult for punters, and at time of publish, we’re facing a Soft 7 with the rail out four metres.

MADAME ADELAIDE (6) is a serious each-way prospect if her most recent jump out is anything to go by.
The daughter to Per Incanto settled close to the speed before accelerating hard down the straight at Wangaratta, drawing close to six lengths clear in the end with seemingly plenty left to give through the line.
Like most in this field, she’s on debut for Andrew Dale and will likely have no trouble finding the front from the inside alley, providing she handles the conditions.

INVISIBLE MAGIC (15) finds it tough to win but she does have a decent amount of wet track form to her name.
Her last two efforts at this level have been good without winning, with her latest run coming her over 100m shorter where she made up decent ground from the tail when finishing 4.5 lengths off Electric Elvis.
In better off at the weights against that same horse on Wednesday, she could be a sneaky contender at double-figure odds.

GINA’S A STAR (10) finished off quite nicely up in grade over the same track and distance here to start the month for third.
Mitch Freedman’s mare was coming off a handy four-length win of her maiden the run prior at Ballarat, form that has held up well with the third placegetter going on to win since.
She’s got some early work to do here from the wide gate, but a known wet tracker with John Allen experienced in the saddle, she’ll be tough to catch.

DREAMZEL (1) carries top weight but gets in okay still thanks to the 1.5kg claim.
He’s been consistent for large parts of his current prep, winning narrowly two back at Sandown in similar conditions, and then going on to finish third after being forced to make up ground from wider out.
Racing off close to a four-week freshen-up is the key to his chances and he should be well-suited with some serious cut in the ground.

ZORRO’S FLIGHT (7) is another noted wet tracker with a win and a place to his name on heavy going.
He got the job done narrowly in similar conditions four runs back at Sale, returning to the winner’s stall two starts later out over the mile, where he bolted in late from the tail to go 2.5 lengths clear.
The rise to 1800m was clearly a touch too far last time out on the Heath track at Caulfield, but coming back to 1600m should suit with a stack of fitness now on his side.
