Classic Ethics is the one for me in tonight’s first Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase City Qualifier.
The son of Tommy Shelby has been a strong and consistent performer in strong races since debuting, and he’s found form around some excellent rivals throughout that time.
He’s a four-time winner from Box 2 and can make his own luck up on the speed tonight.

| Won two starts back at Gosford over 603m when well in the market then went for a spell of a week-and-a-half. Returned last start finished 4th in a NG on September 22 over 515m at Gosford behind Fascinate Samuel beaten 5 lengths (29.89). The form out of the last run measures up. Hard to beat. | |||
I think that Shaq Keeping can have a real impact tonight at nice odds ($8.50 at publish).
Box 5 is the knock, but Shaq Keeping is a talented greyhound and has raced in strong and consistent form particularly here over the famous 520m course at Wenty.
With early luck in the run, I’m confident he can be fighting out the finish once more.
Canya Mayhem looks well placed in this Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase City Qualifier.
A Melbourne Cup winner, Canya Mayhem has been excellent since returning to action this prep, winning three of five starts back and reeling off a couple of PB performances down in Victoria.
He can go forward from Box 3 and he’s my best of the night.
The talented Ritza Tiana can book her place in next week’s Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Semifinals.
The Group 1 performer has turned in many typically strong performances recently, and he record here at Wenty is particularly strong ahead of a race like this one (22:10-4-3).
A winner from Box 8 previously, I’m expecting her to sit just off them before powering home over the top.
