Oli Cownie has Monday night’s eight-race Albion Park card covered, with his selections and suggested bets for The Creek.
CAMERINA (10) was an impressive winner last time out, working to the lead and taking them all the way over the 1660m in fast time, holding off Bettor Be Bohdi. She draws the back row this time but finds another suitable race and should still be hard to beat.
ALLMIGHTY MAX (1) was able to control things out in front last time out at Redcliffe and proved too good. He should be able to drive through and lead in this race and is usually hard to run down out in front.
PUNTERS JEWEL (3) has been racing in stronger company and appears to find a more suitable race here. He did some work early last time out and faded late over the 2138m. He could be better suited back over the 1660m and with a more economical run early in this race.
LOSTANDFOUND (8) should get a good run through early in this race behind the likely leader, ALLMIGHTY MAX (1). He ran a good third two starts ago behind Ratatattat over the 2040m at Redcliffe after leading.

A PERFECT DANCE (2) has very good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead in the early stages of this race. She was forced to sit without cover last time out and battled on well for fourth behind Rock Nien.
BELLISSIMO ACQUISTO (9) has impressed since joining the stable of Matt Elkins and returns from a spell in this race. He looks to have drawn favourably, where he can settle close to the speed behind a gate-speed horse early.
PROTAGONIST (4) looks a big query runner in this race, having not started in a race since February. He trialled up well enough recently behind FFA runners Dashing and Hector, finishing third.
BONNIES CAM (1) looks likely to be able to lead in this race before having options from there. He may be best suited when driven with a sit, given the likely strong pressure. That should see him get a similar run to the one he had when running a very good second to Sweet Rocky recently.

LONGSHOT (7) got back to last in his latest outing and couldn’t get into the race. He draws the front row this time and can look to bounce back.
SHE MAYBE BETTOR (2) looks like she may be able to press forward and find the lead in this race. She ran well two starts ago, flashing into second late behind Warrawe Flyer.
SMIRKS LIKA BOSS (1) should be able to drive through and lead before having options from there. This horse has previously been noted as best when driven with a sit over the 2138m. He has been left to race off the pegs in recent outings and could be an improver on the rails in this race.
LAST HAND (6) trialled up reasonably recently behind Charmed Conquest at this track. He led and was run down late by LONGSHOT (7) in his latest race start.

ROCKIN SWEET (9) secured the ideal run behind the leader last time out but did appear to get a touch keen, which may have dulled his late sprint. He finished third in a race taken out by Major Ark. He looks suited in this race and should run well again.
MAYWYNS KAREN (4) has good gate speed and should find a prominent position in the early stages of this race. She was running on late last time out into third behind Jay Tee Tyron and Pocket Book.
MY SCIMITAR (8) sat without cover last time out and battled on well for second behind Major Ark. He should get a good run behind the speed and can be running on late.
TIGER TOMMY (7) ran well last time out, securing a good run behind Harry Kane and running on nicely into second. This race looks no tougher, but she will need the race run to suit, given she looks likely to get back from the wide draw.

VICTREE CHARLIE (10) looks very well graded in this race, having taken on stronger company and run well. He ran well two starts ago, finishing third and not beaten far by Milliewood. He should be running on again.
BEAU STEELE (2) was able to secure the perfect 1-out, 1-back run last time out and ran over the top late to score. He should be able to find the front this time and can be hard to run down from there.
POCKET BOOK (5) led last time out, which isn’t a position she is usually best suited to, but she ran well for second behind Jay Tee Tyron. She may be shuffled back early and should be running on well late.
KINGSBURY (6) draws poorly in this race and may be shuffled back in the early stages. He ran well recently, running on strongly into second behind Harry Kane.

SECOND TO NUN (9) found the front three starts ago and was able to take them all the way, beating Serena Love. She hasn’t had quite as much luck in recent outings and can look to bounce back in this race.
LAYDOWNLUNA (10) was a good winner at Marburg, finding the front and taking them all the way. She then secured a good run last time out and battled on to finish midfield behind Love Gun.
GETOVERROVER (8) ran very well last time out, finishing third to Whirlwind Wilbur at Marburg. He draws awkwardly inside the back row and will need a few things to go his way in the run.
NATTY PAGGER (4) was able to find the front last time out from the stand start but was just run down late by the horse on his back. He has gate speed, and if he is able to find the front, he would likely run well again.

RESERVED FOR ME (2) secured a good run behind the speed on debut and was running on late into third behind stablemate Big Reputation. She looks likely to get a good run close to the speed in this race and should be hard to beat.
UNCLE NOLAN (3) didn’t have the best of luck last time out when settling 1-1 and running on strongly, just coming up short behind Broadwaybeauty. He should be able to work forward and find a prominent position in this race and should be very hard to beat.
BLING YOUR A GAME (4) showed good gate speed in a recent trial, leading before being run down late by Rocky Leigh. He should settle in a prominent position and has likely derived benefit from his recent trial.
MISS MONEY PENNY (5) got back in the run last time out as a result of an early break. She ran through the line nicely late and is likely to have derived a lot of benefit from the first-up outing.

INSTANT DELIGHT (1) appears to be quite well handicapped in this race, starting off the front. She secured a good run off the speed and was running on late into second last time out behind Love Gun.
DAIMYO (3) looks well handicapped in this race and should be able to find a prominent position. He did things wrong last time out and was well beaten as a result.
WHIRLWIND WILBUR (6) ran well for third behind Love Gun last time out at this track. He faces a 20m handicap this time, which does appear likely to make things tougher.
HAMMER SON (2) looks well handicapped in this race and should secure the right type of run. He is building towards full fitness and put in a solid run last time out, finishing sixth behind Love Gun.
