Jack’s Doubled looks the one to beat after showing good early speed and winning three starts ago before another solid effort last time out.
Late In Winter has been racing consistently and should be in the mix, while Pretty Boy Floyd has shown enough in recent outings to warrant respect.
Jack’s Doubled has the form and early pace to make his presence felt, and I’m happy to lean his way.

| Consistent performer who is new here. Nice win last start by 0.8 lengths at Richmond Straight (17.46) beating Anjo Statue in a Grade 4 on November 5. Very reliable from this draw. Live chance. | |||
Miss Arizona brings excellent recent form into this race, having won her last two starts and showing the consistency to feature again.
Hot Shot Ethics has the quickest recorded time in the field and is capable of improving on his recent results, while Tornado Ethics is another with the ability to be competitive if he recaptures his earlier form.
Miss Arizona looks well placed to continue her winning run and is my preferred option.
| 5. Miss Arizona (5) 21122 | |||
| Has been in the minor money the last two runs, the latest finishing second (29.89) at Gosford. Squeeze draw to overcome. Has ability and should run well. | |||
Typhoon Lad looks the standout on recent form, having won three of his last four starts and shown a good turn of early speed.
Hard Right is another worth keeping safe after winning his first two career starts before finishing fifth last time, while Tropical Ethics has the experience to be competitive if she can find her best.
Typhoon Lad has the consistency and winning form to make him the one to beat, and I’ll have him on top.
| 2. Typhoon Lad (2) 12141 | |||
| Backs up after winning comfortably by 5 lengths at Taree Super Track (17.26) beating Rhonda Full Day in a Grade 5 on November 4 five days ago. This is much harder assignment and he needs to find another gear. | |||
Looks A Treat gets a great opportunity to bounce back after a few mixed recent performances, with her 22.32 best time suggesting she has the ability to take this out.
Tommy’s Roar has shown some promise and comes into calculations off a solid second last time, while Pure Mouse is another capable runner who can feature with a clean getaway.
Looks A Treat has enough ability to turn things around here, and she’s the one I want to be with.
