Australia wrapped up a series win over India in the third of their ODI meetings at the MCG on Sunday, and will look to continue their dominance in the fourth fixture at Canberra’s Manuka Oval on Wednesday.
Australia did not face much resistance in the forms of New Zealand and the West Indies through two prior Test series’ this summer, and while expected to be tested by the sub-continent giants, have all but breezed past India through their three meetings so far.

Australia have fielded first in each of their first three ODI matches against India this summer, and while losing early wickets in each, have really not been pushed from their comfort zone on the way to success.

When Australia was on the ropes in Melbourne, Glenn Maxwell’s steadying knock all but ended India’s chances of salvaging the series and the Victorian was rewarded for his efforts by being named Man of the Match.
If India are to post a win in Australia this summer, this match is arguably their best chance so far; Australia may not step up to the plate as readily now the series result is confirmed. Backing a key Indian player like Virat Kohli ($9) or Rohit Sharma ($9) is therefore more than worth consideration in the fourth ODI on Wednesday.

Top Australian Batsman
Steve Smith is often the benchmark for Australian batting and is a fitting market leader at $3.50 to be Australia’s top runscorer in Canberra on Wednesday.
There is plenty of value to be taken advantage of however, if you think Smith is due a low innings or one of Australia’s other top order notches up a big score.
