Daily Racing Tips – Thursday 16th May

Wyong - Race 4 2.00pm AEDT

No. 10 Blazing Miss

Blazing Miss is a filly that has competed at a high level for her short career so far to date. She was second on debut to Cosmic Force and then was second to Tenley. Both have gone on to race at group 1 level. She was narrowly denied in the Group 3 Widden behind Amercement and this is a big step down in class. there are some promising young horses in this field but she has the racing experience on her side.

Wyong - Race 5 2:35pm AEDT

No. 8 North

This smart two year old colt by Deep Field makes his racing debut and not only is he an impressive looking individual, he looks fast as well! He has been impressive in his trials to date and he can kick off his career with a win.

Wyong - Race 7 3:45pm AEDT

No. 3 I Am A Legend

I Am A Legend returned to the races with a very impressive win at Goulburn first up. He burst clear of the pack at the 300m and a similar performance would see him very tough to beat in a race of this quality. I am of the opinion that he can work his way through the grades this prrep and be competitive in a bettter grade of racing than this.

Hamilton - Race 7 3:00pm AEDT

No. 5 Gregorian Chant

Gregorian Chant has been ticking over nicely this prep so far and she finally gets out to a more suitable distance in this. She well beaten in the VRC Oaks last Spring however it is safe to say that this is a much easier task. Should be in the finish.
