Ladbrokes Park - Race 1 12.25pm AEDT
Sartorial Splendour was excellent on debut over the 1000m before being well supported in the million dollar Inglis showdown. He followed the leader into that race and kicked clear before he was found wanting the last 150m or so. John Sadler has a big opinion of the horse and he should appreciate both the step down in distance and in class.
Ladbrokes Park - Race 6 3:20pm AEDT
Four year-old mare Bea Tempted has only had the six starts in her race career to date and she looks to have a fair amount of upside. Her first up win at Pakenham over an unsuitable trip caught my eye and 1800m will only suit her better. I am willing to forgive her last start run and she will be much better suited on top of the ground.
Warwick Farm - Race 3 2:00pm AEDT
Time Raid has been racing consistently without winning this prep however he looks well placed to go close again in this race. He has savaged the line in all of his three races this prep but has managed to find one better in each however he strips fitter for those runs and drops a kg for this race. Should be tough to beat.
Warwick Farm - Race 5 3:10pm AEDT
Echo Gem is a smart filly who is racing well this prep and looks well placed in a race of this quality. Her first up effort was very good and she looked the winner before being run over late. Her last start was full of merit and she fought on well to the line in a much better grade of race. She drops back to the 1200m which will suit and makes her own luck on the speed.
