Isaurian is a quality horse that is working his way through the ranks and I think he can be competitive at a better level than this.
His record fresh is very good and he should go very close in this race with even luck.
Boomsara didn’t handle the bog track at the Gold Coast first up and I’m willing to forgive the run. He is a very talented colt and although this is quite a hot little race, he can measure up and is worth a bet at nice each way odds.
East Indiaman was was ridden upside down in the Adelaide Guineas however he fought on well right to the line. He has drawn well in this race and if he is ridden closer to the speed, he will again prove very difficult to catch in the straight.
Mushaireb was blocked for clear running at a crucial stage late at his last start at Randwick and although it he not have won, he would have finished much closer. He gets out to a more suitable distance now and he should get a nice run in transit from the good draw. He has been well supported in early betting and is right in this race.
