UFC 326: Holloway vs Oliveira Preview

UFC 326: Holloway vs Oliveira Preview

Two of the most popular UFC fighters of all time will share the octagon when the BMF title goes on the line in Las Vegas on Sunday.

Former UFC Featherweight champion and current BMF belt holder Max Holloway will face off with former Lightweight champion Charles Oliveira in a mouth-watering contest for fight fans.

UFC silver will be on the line, but it is not the only exciting fight on the card and we have offered all our betting plays below.

Max Holloway vs Charles Oliveira
4 Units Fight To End In KO/TKO @ $2.30

After three losses to Alex Volkanovski in the featherweight division, Holloway didn’t think twice when offered a BMF title spot with Justin Gaethe at Lightweight. 4 Units Fight To End In KO/TKO @ $2.30

In one of the most electrifying moments in the history of the sport, he knocked out Gaethje in the final seconds of the fight.

And the thing that shouldn’t be forgotten, he didn’t need to point to the ground and throw down, as he was going to comfortably win a decision.

He is that guy.

So who is possibly on that level? Who is worthy?

How about a former champion with the most finishes in UFC history. The most submissions and the most performance bonuses.

Charles Oliveira is the perfect opponent to headline UFC 326 along Holloway in the fight capital of the world.

And we can’t wait.

Max Holloway has only been knocked out once in his 35 pro MMA fight career and that was just two fights ago.

Both of these men are getting on in age and have a combined 83 pro fights and I’m convinced someone is getting knocked out within the five rounds.

Caio Borralho vs Reinier de Ridder
1 Unit Reinier de Ridder To Win @ $3.10

The co-main event is a ripper in the Middleweight division.

Caio Borralho entered the UFC through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2022 and subsequently went on a seven fight win streak.

This included wins over Armen Petrosyan, Paul Craig and Jared Cannonier before he was beaten by Nassourine Imavov by decision in September of last year.

Reinier de Ridder is a former two weight division champion in One Championship who made his way over to the biggest promotion in the sport in 2024.

He had instant success in the UFC, beating Kevin Holland, Bo Nickal and Robert Whittaker before tasting defeat for the first time against Brenan Allen.

Both of these men are nearing the twilight of their respective careers but a win would put them right back into title contention.

Borralho holds the grappling advantage as a BJJ black belt but de Ridder has an awkward striking style that has held up against some of the best strikers in the division.

Rob Font vs Raul Rosas jnr
2 Units Raul Rosas Jnr By KO/TKO or Submission

Two top line bantamweights go toe to toe on the main card at UFC 326 and both men are eying a title shot in the future.

Rob Font is a veteran of the division and has played gatekeeper for quite some time while never fighting for UFC gold.

A two fight win streak was ended by David Martinez via decision in September 2025 but he’ll be searching to get another win on his impressive resume.

Raul Rosas junior became the youngest fighter in UFC history at just 17 years of age when he won a contract through DWCS in 2022.

He lost his second fight at the top level but has since put together a four fight win streak which includes two finishes.

He is a crafty BJJ artist and six of his 11 career wins have been by submission and I believe he can get another finish in this match up.

Gregory Rodrigues vs Brunno Ferreira
3 Units Fight To End In KO/TKO

Gregory ‘Robocop’ Rodrigues is an eight time national BJJ Champion and former LFA Middleweight champion who has fought in the UFC since 2021.

The 34 year old has won nine of his 12 fights in the UFC including knockout wins over Brad Tavares and Jack Hermansson.

He doesn’t mind a scrap but that does mean that four of his six career losses have been via knock out.

One of those KO losses came to this very man, Brunno Ferreira back in 2023 in the very first round.

Ferreira was scheduled to fight Paulo Costa originally but no one is begrudging this rematch as there is sure to be fireworks.

Both of these men are more than capable on the ground so I’m expecting the fight to take place on the feet and someone is going to sleep!

Drew Dober vs Michael Johnson
4 Units Fight Does Not Go The Distance.

We kick off the main card with a fun fight between two veterans of the lightweight division.

Drew Dober made his UFC debut way back in 2014 after being on The Ultimate Fighter: Rousey vs Tate.

21 of his 28 career wins have been finished including 10 in the very first round.

Michael Johnson also came through TUF but in 2010 when GSP and Koscheck were coaches!

He lost his very first fight in the UFC on the card where Cheick Kongo was knocked out three times by Pat Barry only to rise from the dead and win.

If you’ve never seen it, please Youtube it now!

Back to this fight between two legends of the sport, and the market is finding it hard to split the two and so am I!

In saying that, with both fighters toward the end of their careers, I don’t think the judges will be needed.
