Flying Capital is ready to break his maiden on the Ballarat synthetic.
The Capitalist gelding has made five appearances at the races since debuting and has been knocking on the door throughout, placing four times.
In peak order today, this looks his opportunity.

Convaaya is another one that looks ready and win placed to record his first victory today at Ballarat.
The Matt Cumani-trained gelding has turned in several fine performances recently and was only just denied at Donald and Ballarat before finishing down the order at Flemington last time out.
This is obviously a weaker race and a great opportunity for him to get up.

Baby Blue takes winning form into another nice race on the Ballarat synthetic today.
The Blue Point filly has only made two appearances since debuting, but after finishing midfield at Cranbourne last month, she took improvement into an eye-catching maiden win last time out.
She does face a rise in class today, but she’s got plenty of upside and can go on with it at nice odds ($8 at publish).

Quello Dorato rates as a key winning chance in the last.
The Danny O’Brien-trained gelding doesn’t win out of turn, but he has continued with racing recently and was last seen filling the minors on the Pakenham synthetic.
In peak order today, I can’t find a reason why he won’t be right in the finish again.
