We have the latest EPL tips this week for all 10 games of Gameweek 3, kicking off with Ipswich Town vs Liverpool on Saturday morning.
Punters can get the latest EPL odds at Ladbrokes, which are available for every game of the season.
Ipswich Town vs Liverpool
Liverpool has yet to win a game this season, having scored two draws. We’re hoping that trend continues against Ipswich Town, who won their first game before being hammered 5-2 by Manchester United last week.
It wasn’t a good performance for Ipswich Town, but if they knuckle down on defence, they should do enough to keep Liverpool at bay.
The $1.55 odds for Liverpool don’t entice us, and although they’re a more dangerous team on paper, they’re not putting everything together on the field. Therefore, the $4.50 for the draw is too good to turn down.
Newcastle United vs AFC Bournemouth
Newcastle is looking like a Top 6 contender after scoring a win over Spurs last week, and keeping a clean sheet was a good effort. That followed a Gameweek 1 draw to Liverpool, which was another good result.
We don’t like betting against AFC Bournemouth, who typically represent good value with EPL tips, but we can’t turn down the $2.20 odds for Newcastle United.
They’re riding the crest of a wave, and playing at home should only help their chances of winning.
Brentford vs Sunderland AFC
Despite coming off a 1-1 draw with Leeds, Brentford is one of our best bets with EPL tips this week.
Securing a draw on the road against Leeds was a solid performance, and it followed a dominant win over Tottenham. Brentford is looking like a team that could push for a top spot on the EPL ladder, and Sunderland is unlikely to worry them.
The $1.57 odds are short, but include them in EPL multi bets.
Fulham FC vs Crystal Palace
It hasn’t been a good start to the season for Crystal Palace, and we’ve fallen victim to backing them. However, they get one more chance to produce something for punters.
Palace needs to lift after being thumped 4-1 by Manchester City last week, but facing Fulham should help their cause this week.
Our EPL predictions this week are happy to include them at $3.05, and despite playing on the road, the underdog has a good record in this matchup, with the underdog winning four of their last six meetings.
Brighton & Hove Albion vs Leeds United
We can’t find much difference between Brighton and Leeds, so the $3.60 odds for the draw are worth entertaining.
Leeds scored a tidy 1-1 draw with Brentford last week, which we rate highly. However, winning outright against Brighton could be tough, with Brighton losing only 4-3 to Chelsea in a dramatic game last week.
We can’t back Brighton at $1.88, so the draw is a much better inclusion with EPL Gameweek 3 tips.
Manchester City vs Coventry City
There isn’t much value in backing Manchester City to win the game at $1.19, and there is better value with anytime goal scorer markets.
We have Mathis Rayan Cherki scoring a goal after scoring a double last week against Crystal Palace, and his confidence levels should be rising after that performance.
Most of the money has come for Erling Haaland, who also scored a double last week, but he’s paying $1.44, so take the better value with Cherki at $2.90.
Nottingham Forest vs Tottenham Hotspur
The rough start to the season continued for Tottenham last week with another goalless loss, and they’ll do well to score against Nottingham Forest this week.
There will be trepidation in EPL betting markets for most of the season with Tottenham, and we can’t include them in our EPL tips this week. Having not scored a goal isn’t good enough, and Nottingham Forest should capitalise.
The $2.45 odds are a terrific price from Ladbrokes, and we’re confident of Nottingham Forest scoring an easy win.
Hull City vs Aston Villa
Aston Villa has yet to have a shot on target, which is quite the statistic given how well they played last season. However, despite getting off to an awful start, they should beat Hull City.
They didn’t play too poorly against Arsenal on Tuesday morning, but they scuffed a few good scoring chances, and they’ll need to make them count to beat Hull City, which comes off wins over Man United and Coventry.
Pressure is on Aston Villa, but at $1.83, they’re worth including in EPL best bets.
Everton FC vs Manchester United
We backed Manchester United -1 last week, and their 5-2 win got us the chocolates. We see no reason to jump off them against Everton this week.
Everton has played well with a win and a draw, but they’ll be tested against a quality United outfit, which bounced back strongly following a shock loss to Hull City in their opening game.
That wasn’t an easy game to bounce back from, but putting five goals on Ipswich Town should see their confidence levels rise. Punters get $2.25, so the odds are attractive.
Arsenal vs Chelsea
We said Arsenal was “easy money” last week, and although it was a close game for the most part, they got the job done against Aston Villa.
The defending champions have started well, and although Chelsea has pulled off two wins, they haven’t been dominant, especially on defence after allowing five goals.
That defence won’t be good enough to keep Arsenal from scoring 2-3 goals, which will be enough to justify the $1.68 odds.
