No. 6 Nebuchadnezzar

Nebuchadnezzar produced a solid first up effort to finish second over 1014m at Werribee and he strips fitter for it.

The Mitchell Freedman trained gelding was placed in his first three runs before heading to Flemington, where he wasn’t disgraced behind the very handy First Settler.

This looks a winnable race for him at Moe and he’s drawn to receive all the favours under John Allen.

No. 1 Nursery Chime

Nursery Chime comes off a strong second up victory over 1500m at Mornington and she looks well placed to make it back to back wins.

She just felt the pinch late when resuming at Cranbourne and with the added fitness under her belt, she proved too good last time.

A handy mare on her day, she’s performed well in stronger races and does boast a very tidy record over the mile.

Logan Bates stays in the saddle and his 2kg claim sees her in nicely at the weights.

No. 10 Hustle In Heels

Hustle In Heels made a perfect start to her racing career with a decisive victory over 1200m on the Caulfield Heath.

Unfortunately, nothing went to plan for her last time as she was held up in the early part of the straight, then severely checked when trying to make a run and she was lucky to stay on her feet.

A daughter of Bel Esprit, I think she’s highly talented and with luck off the wide gate, she’ll be hard to beat.
