Cumbria Chrissy is the one for me in the Brisbane Cup Prelude Final at The Q tonight.
The talented daughter of Fernando Bale has been outstanding through 32 career starts and has picked off plenty of nice races this year, including the Ladbrokes Richmond Oaks.
While she was denied under testing circumstances in last week’s Group 1 Ladbrokes Ipswich Cup, this is a weaker race, and she’ll get her chance to rail through from Box 1.

I’m keen to be with Red Hot Diva in the first Ladbrokes Flying Amy Classic heat.
The daughter of Bernardo has only made four appearances since debuting, but she has won three of those and has continued to improve with each start.
Box 4 is the obvious knock, but she has early speed to burn and if she steps well, I think she’ll be in it for a long way.

Ladbrokes Golden Easter Egg winner Off The Chart goes around in this Ladbrokes Flying Amy Classic heat.
The son of Hooked On Scotch was nothing short of outstanding earlier this year, culminating in his all-the-way victory at Wentworth Park in April.
He clearly needed his first run back, and better luck when he finished off the pace at Sandown last month, but with natural improvement and a better time in the run this week, he’s certainly up to the class.

Neame looks tough to beat in the penultimate.
Neame has won 15 of 23 starts since debuting, placing a further six times and finding form around some classy opposition in the process.
While he missed a run in the final, Neame was far too good for them in the Ipswich Cup Consolation last week and a repeat of that performance from the low draw would see him tough to beat again tonight.
