Daily Racing Tips – Tuesday 8th September

Check out our Daily Racing Tips for Tuesday September 8th below, including Muswellbrook best bets!

Muswellbrook: Race 2
No. 1 Vltava

This looks a competitive little field, with VLTAVA (6) carrying the top rating and getting a useful 1.5kg claim.

Gelsey has shown enough in stronger company to warrant respect, while Ensign Parker gets Aaron Bullock and draws nicely in barrier three.

Vltava gets the nod on top, with Gelsey and Ensign Parker the main dangers.

Muswellbrook R2 – Magic Millions Country Boosted Hcp (Bm58)

Muswellbrook: Race 3
No. 2 Red Deer

RED DEER (2) looks well placed from barrier two after finishing fifth at his latest two starts, including a solid effort at his previous run where he was beaten less than three lengths.

The Prospect has placed in three of his past five starts and wasn’t disgraced when eighth first-up, while Royal And Ready has been consistently competitive with placings at three of his past four starts.

Red Deer steps out today a fit horse and he’s the one for me.

Muswellbrook: Race 6
No. 6 Maysun
Each Way

This looks an open maiden, with Force March bringing solid recent form after finishing second at his latest start and placing in three of his past four appearances.

Miners Mate has also been consistent, placing in three of his past four, while MAYSUN (5) showed good improvement to finish second at her latest outing and looks capable of taking another step forward.

Maysun has the upside to go one better here after that strong effort, and she’s the one I’m siding with.

Muswellbrook: Race 7
No. 1 No Statement
Each Way

This final race looks to have several key winning chances, with NO STATEMENT (3) holding the highest rating and turning in an improved performance to fill the minors second up this time.

Third Base has won two of his past three and comes off a breakthrough victory, while Triple Yes also deserves respect after bouncing back to finish second last time.

No Statement looks a key chance again at generous odds.
