USA vs Bosnia & Herzegovina Predictions – Round Of 32 (Match 9)

A potentially terrifying spot for fans of Bosnia & Herzegovina with the United States looking to make amends for a last-second loss to Turkiye last week. 

The Americans played flawless football in their first two World Cup games against Paraguay and Australia, dominating possession and flaunting some serious speed on the edges – two traits that were present last week before a defensive lapse proved the ultimate decider. 

Bosnia & Herzegovina, meanwhile, have made it this far thanks to an opening draw with Canada, the Dragons weathering a barrage of shots to score first and really put the pressure on the co-hosts to equalise late in the game.  

They’ve gone on to lose 4-1 to Switzerland before putting away Qatar 3-1 in their final Group match, and it’s become increasingly clear that Sergej Barbarez’s side is more than capable of scoring goals against the flow. 

USMNT will be leaning heavily on the home crowd to carry them in this fixture with the added motivation of squandering a prime opportunity to go unbeaten through the Group Stage.
