We’re heading down to Brazil for the fourth last race of the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship season and another sprint weekend which puts extra points on the line. It was a net gain for the chasing pack in Mexico City last weekend with Max Verstappen finishing sixth thanks to an early race penalty, behind Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc who closed the gap. 2024 Mexico Grand Prix Preview
Last week’s US Grand Prix in Austin set the stage for a dramatic conclusion to the 2024 Formula One season and the teams head south to Mexico City for Round 20 this weekend. Max Verstappen bolstered his World Championship advantage on Lando Norris by winning the sprint race and benefitting from a penalty to the Brit on the final laps to steal the final podium place.
