OLIVEANOTHERDAY (1) comes off a perfect campaign where he won all four starts, and that winning form could continue on Saturday.
He has five wins and a placing from seven starts, and one of those wins came at Caulfield, so having track experience is ideal, and he is quick enough to win over a short distance in a fresh-up state.
The son of Nicconi took on listed level opposition last start at Warrnambool, and although that race could have tripped him up, he did well in the conditions to score by lengths, so it’s a quality form guide.
There hasn’t been too much betting support for him after opening at $2.25, but late betting support could come on race day. He’s a popular runner, and the inside draw gives him every chance to win.

His form improves on rain-affected tracks, including four wins and multiple placings in soft and heavy going, so there aren’t many concerns about his winning chances on Saturday.
